If you have been feeling guilty for taking more time off than normal during the holiday season, I am here to give you the permission you need to get more REST! Girl, the holidays are meant to be enjoyed with friends, family, and your loved ones. Just because you take time off DOES NOT MEAN you are giving up, losing sight, or falling behind on your goals and dreams.
Whether you believe it or not, rest is a productive tool you can use in your daily life to stay focused, productive, and creative in your hustle. This is a lesson I had to personally learn and something I wish so many more people understood. This season is a great time for reflection, rejuvenation, and quality time to be spent with yourself to think about how your year went.
No matter what kind of person you are, you have the right to rest this season. Remember that as you enjoy the holiday season
